1. What should I do if I’ve never logged into my Generations College email?

Check the personal email you provided to the college, and in the search bar, type 'Generations College.' You should find your login details and setup instructions there.


2. What if I logged in before but forgot my password?

  • Click “Forgot password” on the login page.

  • Select “Try another way.”

  • Use your recovery phone number to reset your password.


3. I got this message: “Your sign-in settings don't meet your organization's 2-step Verification policy.” What does this mean?

This means you haven’t enrolled in 2-step verification yet. Please submit a support ticket so we can help you.
